Anchor Bolts
Anchor Bolts are used to secure structural supports, equipment and other assemblies to concrete foundations. BCUBE manufactures, sources and supplies straight, bent, headed, headless and customized anchor-bolt configurations according to project requirements.
ASTM F1554
ASTM F1554-20 is an active ASTM specification covering straight and bent, headed and headless anchor bolts (anchor rods) made from carbon, carbon-boron, alloy or high-strength low-alloy steel. It provides three strength grades and two thread classes and is intended for anchoring structural supports to concrete foundations.
Configurations
Anchor bolts may be supplied as straight rods, bent configurations, headed designs, headless rods and drawing-specific forms. The selected configuration depends on the foundation detail and structural design.
Grades & Materials
ASTM F1554 includes Grades 36, 55 and 105. Grade 55 has supplementary requirements for weldability. Other project specifications may call for different materials or grades, which will be handled against the specified standard.
Dimensions & Project Data
Important procurement details include diameter, overall length, threaded length, bend geometry where applicable, embedment, projection, plate/washer arrangement and coating requirement. Final dimensions should be taken from the approved drawing or project specification.

Building columns, structural supports, equipment foundations, steel bearing plates, highway signs, lighting/traffic structures and similar foundation-anchoring applications.
Coating & Inspection
ASTM F1554 includes zinc-coating requirements for applications requiring corrosion protection. BCUBE can support required material documentation and third-party inspection according to the agreed scope.
Historical Editions
ASTM's F1554 record lists F1554-20 as active and retains earlier editions including F1554-18, F1554-17 and older versions. A project calling for an older edition should be procured against that specified edition after confirmation.
