Typical Standards & Specifications
ASTM F3125/F3125M is an important structural-bolting specification covering high-strength steel and alloy-steel bolts. ASTM's current listing shows F3125/F3125M-26 as active; the specification consolidates legacy structural specifications including A325, A325M, A490, A490M, F1852 and F2280. It covers Heavy Hex and Twist-Off styles in specified strength grades and sizes.
Materials & Grades
For structural high-strength requirements, applicable F3125 grades/styles are selected according to the project specification. Other Heavy Hex Bolts may be supplied to applicable carbon-steel or alloy-steel specifications. Grade selection must be matched to the required standard and joint design.
Dimensions & Sizes
